TAD 11.2 Adaptable Call for Papers

The upcoming issue of TECHNOLOGY | ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN (TAD) welcomes submissions that address the design, theory, history, and implementation of adaptable systems in architecture, engineering, and the built environment. This issue will focus on architectural systems that sense, respond, and evolve, exploring how emerging technologies, environmental imperatives, and shifting social conditions are transforming architecture from a static artifact into a dynamic, learning system across scales, from materials and envelopes to buildings, infrastructure, and urban systems. The journal welcomes research or scholarship on the topic of this call for papers or open topics on a rolling submission basis.
