The following fees are per person. Authors and presenters that plan to attend the conference will need to each purchase an individual registration.

Online Registration
Educators, Practitioners, Researchers and Students are all encouraged to attend the conference. If you are already an 探花精选 member, please log into the website and complete your online registration.
If you are not an 探花精选 member or do not have an 探花精选 account, please create one聽HERE. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Extended: March 12, 2025
Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than March 12, 2025 (extended) to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. Unpaid purchase orders will be billed at the full rate specified in the order unless cancelled before the deadline; Standard cancellation fees will apply.
Audio/Photo/Video Release
By attending our conference, you acknowledge that you are in a public place and that attendees (including 探花精选 staff) may capture your image in photos and videos. 探花精选 encourages event attendees to exercise good judgment and respect the wishes of other attendees who do not wish to be photographed at the events. 探花精选 uses photos and videos taken at its events for a variety of purposes, including the 探花精选 website, social media, print and advertising. If you see any photos of yourself on our website or on 探花精选’s social media that you would like removed, please contact us at conferences@acsa-arch.org.
GENERAL
When and Where is the Conference?
The conference will be fully in-person in New Orleans, Louisiana on March 20-22, 2025. Most of the conference sessions will take place at the InterContinental New Orleans. There will be a few sessions on Friday afternoon that will take place on the Tulane University campus.
What airport do I fly into?
The closest airport is Louis Armstorng New Orleans International Airport.
What is the best way to get to the Conference Hotel?
You can take the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) airport Express Bus 202. Take the 202 bus from the lower level of the airport and get off at Loyola @ Perdido stop (36 Minutes) and then walk (10 minutes) to InterContinental New Orleans (444 St Charles Ave). You can see the 202 Airport Express bus schedule . You can buy your ticket on the bus (exact cash only) or download the to buy your bus ticket online. You can also take a taxi or rideshare to the hotel.聽
When will the full conference schedule be posted?
We are currently working on the schedule-at-a-glance and it will be posted online soon. The full conference schedule will be published in January 2025. Please continue to check the conference schedule online for the most up to date information.
Will the conference be virtual/hybrid or In-person?
The Conference will be fully in-person and we do not have virtual or hybrid options.聽
Will there be Free Wifi at the conference?
Hotel guests will have complimentary wifi included in their guestrooms. There will be free conference free WIFI for you to use while attending the conference.聽
Are there Continuing Education credits offered for the Conference?
Yes, you can obtain Continuing Education Credits (CES) / Learning Units (LU), including Health, Safety and Welfare (HSW) when applicable. Registered conference attendees will be able to submit sessions for Continuing Education Credits (CES).聽

What health measures/protocols is 探花精选 taking to ensure a safe environment on-site?
探花精选鈥檚 top priority is the health and safety of our event participants. 探花精选 recommends all attendees stay up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations as recommended by the CDC.聽 探花精选 welcomes attendees that choose to wear masks. 探花精选 cannot be held liable for COVID-19 cases arising because of event attendance.

Our 113th Annual Meeting聽Code聽of聽Conduct聽applies to all 探花精选鈥檚聽 (Association聽of聽Collegiate Schools聽of聽Architecture) Annual Meeting-related events. 探花精选 is committed to providing a productive, inclusive, and welcoming environment聽for聽all attendees. All speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, 探花精选 staff, service providers, and others involved聽in聽the聽events, are expected to abide by this聽code.

- Treat all attendees with respect and consideration, valuing a diversity of views and opinions, critiquing ideas rather than individuals.
- Respect the rules and policies of the meeting venue, hotels, university campus, or any other venue associated with an 探花精选 event.

- Harassment of any form, such as inappropriate or intimidating behavior and language, unwelcome jokes or comments, unwanted touching or attention, offensive images, photography without permission, and threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, 探花精选 staff member, service provider or other meeting guest.
- Discrimination of any form, such as inappropriate actions or statements related to race, physical appearance, age, gender, sexual orientation, ability status, political affiliation, religion, nationality, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, educational background, and/or any other characteristic protected by law
- Physical or verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, 探花精选 staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or presentations.
- Sustained disruption of presentations at sessions, plenaries, in the exhibit hall, or at other venues and events organized by 探花精选.
Reporting and Accountability
If you observe any individual experiencing an immediate threat or assault, please call 911, alert event security or staff, and alert 探花精选 staff.
Should you witness or experience behavior which runs counter to the principles in this code of conduct, please alert an 探花精选 staff member, Executive Director Michael Monti mmonti@acsa-arch.org 202.850-9097 or Senior Programs Director Eric Wayne Ellis eellis@acsa-arch.org 832.788.3679 who will notify appropriate authorities. In addition to contacting staff directly, a web form is available for reporting any issues of concern.
探花精选 reserves聽the聽right to take actions necessary to uphold聽the聽principles outlined聽in聽this聽code. 探花精选 will cooperate with any appropriate authority investigating a reported incident.
In聽response to repeated and witnessed incidents聽of聽unacceptable聽behavior聽as listed above, 探花精选 reserves聽the聽right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting.
